These florals express joy, love, excitement, harmony, and introspection-- in addition to their spiritual powers or symbolic meanings from ancient times until today. They can communicate the necessity of preserving the environment, its beauty and the ecosystem. My work is influenced by Georgia O'Keeffe, Claude Monet and many others. "Painting is a way of life, opening my mind to possibilities and sharing my personal vision of optimism and hope."
I have a Bachelor of Arts in art history from the University of British Columbia and I received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for my achievements.
