Hi! My name is Julie-Anne Bilingual and from Northern Ontario <3 I started painting to help work through physical and mental health difficulties. Painting and writing, as well as being my passions, have been a real therapy. I was diagnosed with Mast cell activation disorder, and selling my art has been a great way to help with the many costs. I'm also a writer and had a short story published with latitude 46 in their anthology, 150 Years Up North, called On Being Franco-Ontarian. I am currently doing my master’s at the University of Calgary for Playwriting. I also participated in Art Battle in Sudbury twice in 2019. I’ve had paintings commissioned by Laurentian University and participated several times in the Art Battle and in the Northern Lights Festival in Sudbury. I’ve been part of exhibits at the Science North Museum, the Gallery of Northern Ontario, NISA, and Kuppopajo. I also worked with the Art Gallery of Sudbury, teaching art to children. Much Love, Julie-Anne Bolduc
