Growing up in Japan and Hawaii, my art was influenced by both cultures and my mother is an Ikebana master and oil painter. Drawing and painting has been a part of my life as a child and I majored in Drawing and Painting at University of Hawaii. Currently I share my passion for art by teaching colored pencil and watercolor and acrylics painting at DuPage Art League and Addison Parks District.
